As seen from our previous press release at the beginning of the season, all Triple Crown Franchise and National events and showcases are now using the Tourney Machine software for our scheduling and brackets.

New age Cutoff information for 13u & 14u teams
Format for this event is similar to our "Sunday Series" events in the fall. All teams will get two games guaranteed. Based on performance in those games, half of the field will be selected to play in a third game for a Championship!

4. Champions and finalists awards for each age group
Depending on the amount of teams entered into your specific age group, there could be a possibility of splitting into multiple brackets playing for their own Championships. These "Gold", "Silver", and "Bronze" Championship teams will be determined by results from pool play. In order to break out into these separate brackets, we need a minimum of 16 teams (Gold and Silver). Another bracket will be added for every 8 teams thereafter.
Top 2 teams in each division receive team and individual awards, along with berths to our National Events!

Equipment Required for Participants
Please be sure to upload your COMPLETE team roster for the event prior to your first game. Once you step foot on the field for your first game, your roster is LOCKED and you cannot additional players to your team. All players on the roster are required to have their Authorization Waivers completed before playing. Additionally, all teams are asked to carry all birth certificates on them at all times, in the event of a protest.
**TCS does NOT provide baseballs for this event. All teams provide 2 new baseballs and 1 used baseball per game. Get them back from the umpires at the end of each game.**
Please remember to warm up in turfs or tennis shoes at all facilities, and then change over to cleats/spikes right before game times.
This is a 5th year event designed to give teams the opportunity to play Friday night and all day Saturday, and then enjoy Easter Sunday with their families. Come out and enjoy baseball at some of the best facilities in the south and get your reps in before enjoying family day on Sunday. We will use the East Cobb Complex, Aviation Sports Complex, Titans Sports Complex @ ATPP, Barnett Park, and Adcock Field along with other facilities. This event will have limited space and will sell out very quickly due to the numerous teams that want to play without having to play on Sunday.
